Homemade Energy Bars!

**Energy bar shown with bite. Professionalism.

I was up in Wisconsin this past weekend and while I was there, I stopped at a little organic grocery store. The woman there was selling locally made energy bars and they were SO incredibly good. I decided when I got home to try and duplicate the recipe. I lost the packaging so I wasn't 100% sure what was in the original bars; and I didn’t measure except by eye, so I can't really tell you how much of everything I put into my bars, but they turned out pretty good! I have some experimenting to do still, but the initial batch was pretty tasty. I sent some to work with the better half and they received rave reviews there (they are good taste testers because I don't feel too awful bad if I make those particular people sick - KIDDING!). The main problem for me is that I put them in the fridge to harden, but once they are out in the warm air for a little bit, they melt apart. How can I keep them together so they are more like a bar? Here's my list of ingredients - all organic and raw. Let me know if you have any suggestions for me!

Almonds
Pumpkin Seeds
Sunflower Seeds
Sesame Seeds
Flaxseed and Oats
Sea Salt
Honey
Chunky Peanut Butter
